Morning Shenanigans

Every morning after breakfast, Sassy and I will spot a father with a baby strapped in front of him (baby Bjorn) walking pass mum’s shop. And we both melt. What a nice sight! He’s probably off to drop his little bundle of joy to a nearby care centre before going to work. Sigh, the sacrifices parents do for us kids! :(

After breakfast this morning, dad was humming to Boom Boom Pow next to me. Tickled my heart silly.

PS: I spoke to a Fitness Instructor today. HE TURNED ME DOWN. *GASP* ok, not quite that drama. But he said, “ I think you should try running 4 -5 times a week first. Start with 20 minutes, go to the gym and start on Steps, Row Machine and Bicycle. After 3 months, ill (attempt) to tone you up.”

Do you think I can be that motivated and determined? :/

My Exercise Regime?

Tennis once/twice a week (more like stress reliever….. WHACK!)

Hot Yoga (once a week…. TRY. )

Drive to Changi Village, walk up the stairs, ta pao nasi lemak/ayam penyet/oyster egg

Climb up the 3 flights of stairs to play with Shelly at home.

5 mins morning walk on the Rochor exit/flyover to office.

Don’t judge.
